College staff
The staff at the youth seminar are not only specialists in their own field, bringing their scientific and artistic competences, they bring also their social and personal capacities. They are open for suggestions in connection with their courses. Some colleagues actually shape their courses almost totally out of the questions and needs of the students.
In this way an attempt is made to move away from simple presentation of a specific theme - as many of us are acquainted with from school - towards an approach in which the theme is placed in the centre and can be observed, moved and worked upon and all are invited to join the dialogue. This means on the other hand that the students are encouraged to develop their interest, contributions and questions.

The college is made up of 4 permanent staff who carry the main courses: Lisa Krammer (speech and drama), Dietlinde Hattori (Eurythmy), Marco Bindelli (Theosophy and Philosophy of Freedom, choir, projects) and Max Strecker (Bothmer-Gymnastics). Cornelia Czesla takes care of all student affairs. In addition lecturers come in for special epochs, and the so-called morning courses.
