Can you travel in the  term holidays?

-Yes in principle. Though this time is also considered as time for practicals. More info. under r

I am 19 years old.  Does this present  a problem for me joining the seminar?

-No, one can join from the age of 19. In most cases this is the minimum age requirement. 

What does it mean: no special qualifications are necessary?  

-you don't need any school/college exams! openness for and interest in other people, in art and life questions are what you should bring with you!!

Is it possible to reserve a place?

-Normally there are free places. There is no waiting list. But you can of course apply well ahead of time.

Does the Seminar programme continue on public holidays?

-as the term time is very short and intensive, we do continue to work during public holidays.

Can friends or relatives spend the night with me?

-Yes, at the weekends More Info. under lodging

Are the costs for the evening meal included in the fees?

-No, breakfast and lunch are included. the evening meal is not included.

What do the meals cost at the weekend?

-This of course depends on what you eat. Normally you can reckon with 10 Euros per day.  

Are there any further costs to be reckoned with? For instance study materials, etc.?

-In a few courses it is possible that a small additional cost occurs.  E.g. If you wish to keep the sculptures that you worked on during the sculpture course the clay must be paid for.

In between the terms are practicals possible and if so do costs arise?

-Practicals should not cost anything!

Are holiday jobs  possible and what can one expect to earn?

-for both practicals and holiday jobs the rates are dependent on the position itself. For jobs somewhere between  5 - 10 Euros per hour can be reckoned with. For practicals it is usually substantially less. 

Is it possible to work during term time?

-It is possible within limits, but it may not collide with the seminar programmes and you must make sure you balance your strengths.  More information under: financing
