The third, maybe even the fourth term has finished, the time at the seminar is over. The focus is now on further study, a training, or your profession.... Many seminarists in this situation had this feeling:  

One year – that went past too quickly, I am just at the beginning of the work on myself and my capacities.  The awareness and the method of working that I have achieved here are just the beginning of a life-long process! How can I take this further?  How can I deepen and extend the newly won awarenesses about myself and the world?  How can I actualise them in reality, in my daily life, and where do I get the strength to do so?  

Several seminarists had these questions as the end of their study. Under the motto  „Ideal and Reality“ various activities began that continue until today and have developed further.
